You can park in the medical center parking lot across Grand St., entrance to the lot is on Federal St.

Across 4th St is the Best Western Franklin Square Inn, if you make a reservation there, be sure to mention that you're staying because of the wedding, and they'll reserve the room at a discounted rate of $107, and they include free internet and hot breakfast.
